What we keep

• Account: name, email, sign-in method (password stored only as a secure hash; with Google or Apple we receive only your name, email and an account ID).
• Company data you enter: employee names and details, document types, numbers, dates, amounts, leave records and notes.
• Files you upload: stored encrypted (AES-256). Only users of your company account can open them.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security, deleted within 30 days.

AI reading and the help assistant

When you ask the AI to read a document, the image or PDF is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to read the printed details. The help assistant receives your chat messages and, when you are signed in, a summary of your company's renewals and leave balances to answer you. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.

Emails

Reminder emails are sent through our email provider (Resend) to the addresses you choose in Settings.

Your responsibility

You upload data about your employees. You confirm you have a lawful reason to do so (for example, managing their employment) and that you inform them, as required by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021) and any other law that applies to you.

We never

sell data, show ads, or use your files for anything other than providing Tajdeed.

Deleting

You can delete any employee, item or file at any time. When the company owner deletes the account, the company, all employees and all files are deleted. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
